Nikki Gill has spent her life immersed in the world of film and television production. Her journey began as a teenager, filming and editing while pursuing her Bachelor of Arts at York University. Over the years, she built a multifaceted career that spans creative production, postproduction, and executive leadership.
At IMC, once one of the city’s leading postproduction facilities - Nikki played a pivotal role in managing a company known for its diverse portfolio and top-tier clientele, including CTV, CBC, Shaw, Discovery, MuchMusic, and YTV. Her role extended far beyond finance, encompassing operations, client relations, and strategic direction in a highly creative environment.
With over three decades in the industry, Nikki has produced and overseen numerous projects, including serving as Executive Producer for television shows such as Fight Xchange. Today, as IMC transitions into a diversified firm, Nikki continues to channel her passion for storytelling and the arts through her role with the Sikhlens Canada Foundation, where she serves on the board and leads the Sikhlens Arts & Film Festival Toronto.

Director of programming
Jatinder Gill’s love for film and music began at a very young age, sparking a lifelong fascination with storytelling and the creative arts. After a successful start in the corporate field, she followed her creative calling into film production and directing.
Eager to bring her ideas to life on screen, Jatinder rejoined IMC, where she pursued training in film directing and soon began producing and directing short films. That creative momentum led to an opportunity to co-produce a television series that successfully ran for three seasons on Rogers TV.
Today, Jatinder continues to build on her creative journey through her involvement with Sikhlens Film Festival Toronto, helping to champion authentic stories and amplify diverse voices within the global Sikh community. She plays an active role in advancing Sikh arts and culture through her work with the Sikhlens Canada Foundation, where she serves as a board member and head of programming. Her commitment to supporting emerging filmmakers and promoting authentic storytelling reflects her passion for meaningful, community-driven cinema - continuing to inspire audiences in Canada and around the world.
